To end Western Apathy of Israel's war crimes and illegal military occupation

We the undersigned of Irish Citizenship

Are opposed to the Irish Governments continued divisive stance on the Israel- Palestine conflict, and are opposed to the current aerial bombardment and besiegement of the Gaza strip by the state of Israel.

We the undersigned call on the Irish Government to publicly condemn Israel’s actions in this conflict as excessive and inhumane and demand an immediate end to airstrikes, and all other military operations in Gaza, calling for an immediate ceasefire on both sides.

We call on the Irish Government to denounce the state of Israel’s aggressive and unlawful expansion, and use of excessive military force against the people of Palestine and the Gaza strip. 

We call on the Irish Government to cease recognition of Israel's de jure sovereignty over lands conquered in the Israel - Egypt war of the 70's.

We call on the Irish Government to demand that the Israeli head of state President Shimon Peres be charged with War Crimes as he and Israel have been found to be in breach of International Humanitarian Law of the Fourth Geneva Convention on numerous occasions.

We call on the Irish Government to demand that the United States of America immediately restructure it's foreign aid packages to Israel so as to no longer include military aid grants, but only be constituted of humanitarian aid packages. 

We call on the Irish Government to request an international investigation into the legal validity of the Israel's continued military occupation of all Palestinian land that has lasted over 40 years in some cases.

We call the Irish Government to place an immediate trade embargo on Israel until a ceasefire is reached. We call on the Irish Government to invite all the countries of the E.U to join Ireland in the embargo of Israel. 

We call on the Irish Government to undertake the above immediately and show solidarity to the people of Palestine by publicly inviting refugee’s from both sides of the conflict to come to live in Ireland in peace.

We call on all people of Ireland to tell the state of Israel it can no longer act with impunity and disregard for International Law and the Geneva Convention by signing this petition.
