To Halifax Police

The death of Mary Beth Chaulk has been a very unnecessary death. The 58 year old woman who hit her on March 11, 2006 has being brought to justice.


Not only has she been charged, but now she has to live the rest of her life knowing what she seen, and how one little mistake one both her part and Mary Beth Chaulk part,has changed her life and her families lives and more inportant Mary Beth Chaulk's families lives forever. I know there are some people out there that feel that this 58 year old woman was not brought to justice, but I feel that this mistake can not be fully blamed on this Woman, but also on Mary Beth as well. Mary also had the choise to proceed accross the street with viewing all lanes to make sure the car had stopped but because of the outcome she hadn't. If you feel that no crime had been commited, but a very unfortunate conclusion to a mistake.I feel the this Woman has suffered and will continue to suffer for what had happened, and if you think the same way please sign it.
