My name is Jesse Mass. I have seen that these bands are doing a North American tour in March of 2005. You have Montreal, Mississauga (Toronto), London, Saskatoon, Calgary, and Vancouver down as Canadian dates, but skip right across Winnipeg, Manitoba. good job.

Winnipeg has an amazing underground scene in punk, metal, and we dont need crappy emo. We would not bedissapointed to not see these amazing bands come to our city. You play St. Paul, Minnesota on March 20, and Saskatoon on March 22. We really appreciate that you dont have a Winnipeg date on March 21.

Winnipeg has no venues for you to play at. the MTS Center is too big.The Burton Cummings Theatre plays host to no rock bands. Sum 41, Yellowcard, Billy Talent, Finger Eleven, and Alexisonfire are just a few bands that have recently played that theatre.And thats about enough.

I am not a fan of any of these bands, along with many of my friends, and many more people I have talked to at local shows. Bands this crappy would definetly stay out of any venues Winnipeg has.

I beg that you will listen to this petition and dont set a Winnipeg date. I love music, but I hate these bands. It would be a great joy for me and thousands of Winnipegers to miss this, so please dont come.
