To Remove Crosshair Sprite Constraints

With the release of Day of Defeat v1.0, the crosshair sprite has been designed so that the dimensional constraints of the file force every custom crosshair to follow the "+" shape. Any crosshair which has parts that will not fit inside of a 3x20 (vertical line) and 20x3 (horizontal line) cross (+) will not work. The Undersigned formally request that the Day of Defeat team make the necessary modifications to how the crosshair sprite is handled, as to allow crosshairs of any shape such as in Beta 3.1 and earlier.
