Top Secret and Top Secret/S.I. Rerelease

As fans of the old TSR, Inc. roleplaying games Top Secret and Top Secret/S.I. we are saddened to note that the current licence holders, Wizards of the Coast, Inc. are unwilling to release the licence to Modus Operandi (www.modus-operandi.co.uk) so that PDFs of the rules and supplements can be made available, once again, to the roleplaying public. We would like Wizards of the Coast, Inc. to either release the licence, on a non-profit basis, so that Modus Operandi can make PDFs of the rules for free distribution or release their own PDFs/hard-copy editions.
