Toxicity Assessment for TCE, Trichloroethylene

Not only for outdoor ambient air, the air that we, our children, and neighbors breath each day, as well as indoor air where we reside.
The EPAs Science Advisory Board is now in the process of reviewing, and drafting a toxicity assessment for TCE (trichloroethylene). We must urge the US-EPA to make their assessment on a Health-Based standard, rather than a Dollar-Based compromise!
Unfortunately, strong lobbies from business manufacturers and the US military (one of the largest polluters in the country) are pushing for a lenient guideline micrograms per cubic meter than that considered as a healthy environment guideline for humans and wildlife.
We would urge EPA, as recommended by its Science Advisory Board to finalize their study in order to establish health standards that are protective to all segments of the community most importantly our children.
Please help us to make our voices heard by the US-EPA Administrator, and the New York State Region II Director that we must have healthy and reasonable toxicity screening and action levels for our well being.
