Transport on Campus Safety

I, ______, as a concerned citizen, do knowingly and willingly sign this petition to instate (1)a mandatory, 1-credit hour class at Oklahoma State University, to be taken no sooner than all student's first full year at said University and no later than there third year, detailing the rules and common curacies that would provide a safe and efficient campus, and (2) stricter punishment to be enforced by all relevant law enforcement agencies, to better promote welfare through careful and responsible practice of the laws and policies to create a safer and more efficient campus environment.
