Unban Scouser From AP!

It is an absolute travesty that the chatter known as scouser has been banned permanently from #American-Politics, on the starchat server. His presence was always a guarantee for laughter, smiles, and general amusement. Yet, the channel operators, in a misguided attempt to control people's behavior, chose to remove scouser from #American-Politics, much to the detriment of the overall mood of the channel. He is greatly missed by many, and deserves to be allowed back in, with at least a one week no-ban guarantee. The sooner this is enacted, the better it will be for the mental well being of all chatters.
