Under 18 year olds shouldn't have to pay adult fares

Okay, basically I feel it is unreasonable that 16 and 17 year olds are being asked to pay adult train fares, I think that seeing as 18 is the age of being a legal adult in the UK, and also the age where young people leave college and are more likely to be earning money, they should raise the age limit of child fares to 18. It's unreasonable that young people are being asked to pay double a child fare, I think the age limits need to be rethought in the UK, more immediately with travel fares. If we're being certified as adults at the age of 18, we shouldn't have to pay adult fee's at any age below.
