Verizon Wireless User Interface & Software

petition image
In an effort to "save money on technical support" and restrict user's freedom to use, what should be, free services that come standard with today's next generation of phones, Verizon Wireless has implemented a new, and to some awkward, user interface which now comes standard on almost every Verizon phone (the most notable exception being the Motorola e815 at present). We, the below signed, do hereby petition all phone manufacturers to restrict Verizon Wireless from continuing to over-write their factory installed programming with this new software. We also petition Verizon Wireless to stop disabling the features incorporated into its phones which its customers have a right to use.
