A rap group by the name of 2 Pimps and a Dream recently posted online a video for their song, Waffle House on youtube.com. The video and song is meant to be a humorous take on a trip to a Waffle House resstaurant after a night of partying. An occurence that happens a myriad of times every weekend in every city that has a Waffle House.
However, 2 Pimps and A Dream has recently been contacted by your trademark lawyers. You are claiming that the song and video causes irreprerable harm to Waffle House and tarnishes its image. We feel this couldnt be further from the truth. We feel the song and video extoll the virtues of your restaurant and reminds us of the pleasant and sometimes hilarious times spent there.
We strongly disagree with any assertions that the video and song will have a deleterious effect on Waffle House and its business.
