Currently there are plans to dismantle the speedway and develop the property for residential use.
Wall Township Speedway has had financial troubles. However, many loyal fans are looking forward to the 2005 season and hope to look forward to many more years.
By signing this petition, you are merely showing your interest to save this great speedway so it could continue to become a racing tradition.
Furthermore, by signing this petition you are expressing your desire for the drivers to have a place to race. Destroying the track would be devastating to auto racing and the state of New Jersey.
You sign this petition wanting to help keep the track that brought up Martin Truex Jr and Ray Evernham, hosted a NASCAR Grand National (what is now Nextel Cup) race in 1958, the track where Richard Petty got his first top ten finish, and the track with the loyal fans.
By signing you tell Fred Archer, the Creamer family, Joseph Sanzari, and Tim Shinn who are the owners of Wall Township Speedway that you will support the track in following years.
