We are apalled that "Freedom of Speech" is being used as a springboard for keeping Isaiah Washington on "Grey's Anatomy".
Had a racial slur been uttered, then there would have been uproar callinf for his firing. As it is, people are saying he was "wrong", and "accidents happen". Pshaw.
A slur is harmful whether it is racial or sexual.
We support the ABC and "Grey's" producers for firing Isaiah Washington and getting the troublemaker off the set.
It was not a racial issue as another petition on this site suggests. It was purely due to the heinous words of a repressed actor lashing out at another.
