We want Adrian Shephard back!

This is a petition to the Valve Software staff.
We politely request the return of our hero from Half Life: Opposing Force in Valve's next releases. Although we are aware of the fact that corporal Adrian Shephard is not a character created by Valve and Half Life series plot sticks only to Valve's story elements, we are strongly hoping to see any trail of Adrian in the future Half Life games, be it a cameo, a short appearance, a picture on a wall, a toy-soldier on a desk, a brief mentioning from another character or anything of the sort, which might get him back in our view.
Adrian Shephard still has many admirers despite the fact that 9 years have passed since his apparition in the Half Life universe. We are not asking much, we would just like Valve to credit the character for the sake of his fans (many of them being general Half Life fans). We love Half Life as a whole, and Shephard is part of Half Life!
We really hope that marketing issues won't block fans' dream from becoming reality. We are sure that the Half Life story writers will find a perfect way of implementing Shepard's reference in the current plot without affecting it, they never disappointed us until now.
If this petition will succeed in bringing just the slightest and smallest reference of corporal Adrian Shepard in the future Half Life releases, we would be forever grateful and we will always remember that Valve takes Half Life community's opinion into consideration.
