Web beautification and usefullness

I petition that every webpage on the internet be brought in front of a quality design/content assurance board, that reviews the page and decides if it should be aloud to A. continue to exist, B. have a design make over, or C. Be put under new control. This will assure that everyone's time spent using the internet is more pleasant and productive.

There are far too many ugly web pages on the internet that just take up space and/or a domain name that offer no content. There is a small elite group of computer users that know the value of aesthetically pleasing web pages, and web pages that offer valuable content. It's time to weed out web pages that are holding civilization back by discouraging creative and new thinking.

Just think of a world where every return on Google offers quality results with no spam pages, no ugly pages, and no pages that offer poor content. Not to mention a much smaller database (since most pages will probably me removed under section A. of the assurance boards rights) which will mean faster search results!

Starting now, every page on the internet should be attractive and useful.
