As Americans, we have a right to know who funds our elected officials campaigns. Recent legislature has given us the privilege to delve into the inner-workings of campaign finances via online postings from so called "transparency". With the recent fight of Health Care Reform bombarding the American people one has to ask, why is this such a sticking point? The answer is quite simple, major health insurance and drug companies consist of the highest campaign contributors to elected officials. Health Care reform would take money and power out of their hands and this is what scares them. So now as Americans we should be asking who receives campaign contributions from health insurance giants and drug companies?
