I am reaching out to the Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force to find out why my tax dollars are still paying a salary to a monster (Oleksiy Kasyaneko) that is responsible for physically brutalizing his infant daughter in 19 Wing Comox military housing? Why is his ex-wife, Katie, having to jump throigh hoops to recieve funding and health benefits available to families of service members for the young (not even 3 month old at the time of the incident) girl that Oleksiy assaulted, that left her (a defenseless baby) suffering with epilepsy, cerebral palsy, vision loss and eating challenges? Come on Canada, this BABY and her mother deserve justice for what this monster has done, it's time someone stepped up.
