This coming Dussehra, be careful , making the list to wish your friends through SMSes. The Telecom Authority of India (TRAI) from September 27th is limiting the number of texts per day to 100, are Rights for usage are over by user by text messaging over?.
Why should all we suffer for TRAI incompetency to control the pesky caller's and sms shooter's.
