As fans of the band Widespread Panic we often times travel far and wide to see this band perform, we love them and would do almost anything to see them anywhere in the country, but there is one venue where we are obviously not liked and wanted, and that venue is a very special venue to many panic fans, but it's time we forget about that time and move on. They do not care that we stimulate the hell out of their economy and bring lots of money to their area. Well I for one do not feel the need to spend a single red cent in the city of Pelham, AL ever again, I would happily give my money to the fine folks of Birmingham, AL or Orange Beach, AL but Pelham makes it evident that we are not welcome and that we are nothing but a nuisance to them. Well, why should we go somewhere that our money is completely unappreciated, we shouldn't have to go to venues that feel like nazi germany. It's a harsh comparison, but Oak Mountain is just that.
