Withdrawl of North Lanarkshire Council control over Cumbernauld

The following undersigned people believe that North Lanarkshire Council should have its local government control over Cumbernauld withdrawn and a new local council service should be implemented, focusing on Cumbernauld, and its true needs. Cumbernauld should become independent and have its own unique council that is that completely estranged from any other local authority. A new Cumbernauld local authority should take full control from North Lanarkshire Council on all services related to the town or otherwise, as well as receiving all taxes and additional funding means.
