World of Warcraft - Mage Concerns

Recent changes offered in WoW patch 3.1 caused a lot of concerns and complaint threads by mages on official WoW forums (especially in PvP aspect of the game; the fact that there is no mages in top 100 players during recent Arena Tournament clearly indicates that there IS a problem), and that concerns was left unnoticed by Blizzard apart from few posts full of empty promises - nothing was done to compensate recent nerfs and players are stating on the forums that they are experiencing great problems both in PvE and (greatly) in PvP, and Blizzard employees had not answered any of these questions yet. A lot of players of other classes stated their unwillingness to bring mage players to raids because mage class will bring less benefits to party after patch 3.1 then other classes. We demand Blizzard developers to:
1) Answer questions that players are asking on forums, particularly about their unpleasant experience in battlegrounds and with PvP overall after patch was applied and give comments for their concerns;
2) Give players access to true results of testing raids and PvP on PTR during final testing of patch 3.1 such as dps and overall damage done by mages in raids compared to other classes&numbers of kills/deaths by mages in PvP, so we can see mage performance. At this point we ask players, who took part in testing as a mage to give assistance as well.
3) Give players fix of these problems if they turn out to be true.
