RE: SLOW & INTERRUPTED BLACKBERRY SERVICE
Since mid-March, we, your Blackberry subscribers have suffered. The service has been slow, if it works at all and your 107 Call Center staff is extremely rude and incompetent.
We demand that until the service is brought back up to standards, that "Zain Bahrain" refund our monthly Blackberry fee. It is our right as a consumer to receive the above mentioned service we are being paying for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption.
