We, the undersigned, feel that the way in which promotion and relegation between the Zurich Premiership and National Division One has been handled over recent seasons is a disgrace.

We demand that this be the last season that our sport is hijacked by lawyers and that a clear and unequivocal set of rules is laid down to prevent English Rugby Football becoming the laughing stock of World Rugby.
