Release the Syrian youth movement
The Syrian authorities has detained during last 2 months, group of 8 Syrian students and young men . they were arrested by Air Force Intelligence officers at a suburb of the capital, Damascus. We believe they are at serious risk of torture and other ill-treatment
All eight are believed to be held in connection with their association with pro-democracy discussion groups.
It is worth mentioned that the Syrian authorities has always prevented any youth movement, and detained and tried lot of students and young men because of their peaceful democratic movement.
We the signatures ask the Syrian authorities for unconditional release of above mentioned 8 young men detainees.
