Свободная продажа оружия в России

Уважаемые, Дамы и Господа, Россияне!
подпишите пожалуйста петицию, призывающую власти нашей страны, России - разрешить свободную продажу короткоствольного оружия (пистолет)
приняв закон об оружии.
Граждане РФ имеют право на самооборону, имеют право защищать себя и своих близких.
Я отдаю себе отчет, в том, что в первое время возможен всплеск преступности, люди будут стрелять соседей по пьяне, итп...

Но постепенно все должно устаканится, на совершенствования закона и правовых норм уйдет время..

Я и люди подписавшие петицию, обращаемся к правительству Росийской Федерации, с просьбой разрешить законодательно продажу оружия в нашей стране.
