A petition to legalize poker for teens

This is a petition to allow teenagers of 14 and over to play poker in casinos, and become professional poker players. Poker should not be considered as a form of gambling, but a sport and teacher. Poker teaches strategy, money management, probability, and statistics. This will give bored teens something to do. I'm a teen, but I know that a teen will blow money, which is why we will only let them compete in small buy-in tournaments and ring games. Parents wont have to waste their money on their child(s) extra curricular activity. The teen can spend their allowance and part of the money they earn from their job.
