Bill 156 of Tokyo Japan, which has just recently passed and will go into effect in July of 2011, will not only cause huge damages to the anime and gaming community, but to the political and economical society as well.
This bill serves as nothing more than to lower the standards of what is right and wrong. Lowering standards just proves to even more undermine youth and what is considered mature.
We, the signed, believe such a blow would deeply harm not only Japan, but the world as a whole.
