Japigia, un quartiere di Bari senza ADSL... Paghiamo il canone Telecom come tutti gli altri ma non possiamo usufruire di nessun servizio e soprattutto non abbiamo la possibilitа di scegliere il nostro operatore UNICO! Il monopolio per noi esiste ancora... Tutto questo per colpa di "apparati" Telecom che utilizzano un solo doppino per piщ utenze telefoniche!
