Against the use of Directed Energy Weapons in pre-emptive strikes against innocent human beings

There is a fairly large group of individuals who make use of directed energy weapons. This group goes after people who may have the potential for abusive behaviors or people with abusive personalities. However in some cases they may target completely innocent people. The way in which this group makes use of directed energy weapons is barbaric and inhumane.

Using the directed energy weapon they repeatedly fire at the frontal lobes of the targets brain until the target becomes relatively docile and their personality is blunted as a result of brain damage inflicted by the weapon. This is as atrocious as it is inhumane. It's literally physically attacking someone at the core of who they are. Some signs of the brain damage include loss of affect, difficulty thinking, attention deficits, inability to appreciate music and people's faces, and a loss of spontaneity.

Having an abusive personality doesn't make a person a criminal nor does it strip away their rights and freedoms. If you are innocent, you are innocent, regardless of your personality and its flaws. The targets have rights regardless of what their psychological problems are. Committing petty psychological crimes does not warrant what this group does. Still, some targets are completely innocent ( having no abusive potential ).

There is no justifying what this group does. Using an energy weapon to attack an important part of another human being is maiming that human being. It's like shooting someone with a gun only the damage isn't visible. Finally, the group doesn't help the people they target but merely snuff them out by imparting brain damage. This approach is sick, out dated, and inhumane.
