REASONS:
Due to inadequate Education and perhaps ideological resistance of some but not all local police officers AND City Officials regarding Personal Vaporizers/E-cigarette usage, resulting in Users are being WRONGLY apprehended by Law Enforcement officers, in the accusation of using “Smoking” a tobacco product
FACTS:
An electronic cigarette, also known as an e-cigarette, personal vaporizer or PV, is an electronic inhaler that vaporizes a liquid solution into an aerosol mist, SIMULATING(ie; Not real smoke) the act of tobacco smoking.
· Pack a day smokers can save up to $1,200 a year by making the switch
· 600 million trees are destroyed to provide fuel for drying tobacco
· 4.5 trillion cigarette butts get tossed each year

· Tobacco Cigarettes contain more than 7,000 chemicals E-Cigarettes: 4-5 chemicals
Current Baguio City Smoking Ordinance has no mention regarding ban of using Personal Vaporizers/E-cigarettes.
