animal rights (Pets)

This petition is being done on behalf of Raoul who died Nov.25 2006 Jenna, who was injured on same date/same accident and all other unnamed pets that have died or been injured in motor vehicle accidents. God bless their innocent souls. For who can love you as unconditionally as your dog? No matter what you do to them, they still look at you with love in their eyes.

This group is to help change how insurance companies see our pets.

Do you know, that if you are in an accident and your dog or cat gets hurt or killed in the accident, your car insurance does not help with vet bills ?

Asking them to help in vet bills might be a bit much (so they would think) but to not even think of them as property is just nuts. They "plain and simply" do not think they matter.
For some of us, losing a pet is like losing a child. At the very least, it would be nice if they allowed you to buy a new one. If a set of golf clubs were damaged during the accident, those clubs would be replaced. I'm sorry but where is the heart beat on a set of clubs?

If companies sell car seats/seat belts for your dog or cat, then they should have rights just like our children! Let's give these loved ones a voice and the rights they deserve.
