Ask Avaaz regarding its follow up on its position in supporting the No Fly Zone in Lybia

Ask Avaaz to create a petition to ask the UN to urge NATO not to use the UN "No Fly Zone" mandate to bomb civilians, and remind NATO to use their mandate for humanitarian purposes.
