Undemocratically BC Hydro is mandating a recognized Class 2B Carcinogen be added to your house! BC Hydro has started installation of the new Smart Meter’s as of July 4, 2011. The Smart Meter is a new wireless technology that communicates with BC Hydro on a daily basis 3 times a day, between your individual meter, and neighboring meters, until it reaches the ‘collectors’ mounted on existing BC Hydro poles 18 to 24 feet above the ground. Smart Meters are known to emit Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) which has been linked to Electrohypersensivity (EHS) originally known as Microwave Sickness. Already several US states and Ontario have already had Smart Meters installed and shortly after the installation, people began reporting ill health effects. Such as: -Agitation -Heart palpitations -Headache -Nausea/vomiting -Dizziness -Skin burning -Ear pressure and tinnitus -Difficulty sleeping/sleep disturbances -Brain fog -Weakness and fatigue -Memory problems -Difficulty concentrating -Seizures Furthermore, increasing scientific evidence shows possible long-term systemic health effects including: Blood Brain Barrier Leakage, Memory Impairment, Double-Strand DNA Damage, Cancers, and more… (Visit emrabc.ca for more health info) Because of these Health Hazards and Unknown Health Hazards the following citizens of Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada wish to Stop Smart Meter Installation in our community, for our individual protection and the protection of the future citizens of Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada.
