Il B.U.R. Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione e' lo strumento che ogni cittadino ha per controllare quello che fanno i nostri politici. In tutte le regioni d'Italia il B.U.R. versione on-line e' gratuita e consultabile da chiunque: http://www.infopescara.it/links.php?op=viewlink&cid=17&min=0&orderby=titleA&show=15 Nella Regione Abruzzo le cose invece funzionano in modo diverso. Solo chi ha l'abbonamento al BURA versione cartacea puo' accedere alla versione on-line. Per vedere i concorsi, le nomine, le gare d'appalto siamo costretti a pagare. Questa e' una ingiustizia gravissima che dobbiamo combattere.
