BAN HUNTING IN LOUISIANA AND OTHER STATES THAT ALLOW HUNTERS' TO THREATEN PEOPLE

BAN HUNTING IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND ANY OTHER STATE THAT DOES NOT PROSECUTE HUNTERS BECAUSE OF THEIR THREATS!

July 28, 2002 Sunday - 6:00 P.M. A four wheel drive vehicle pulling a flatbed trailer slowed in front of our posted, private, property and the passenger shot a large caliber pistol over our front yard this vehicle then speeded and fled like the cowards that they are and always will be! Bienville Parish/Arcadia, Louisiana!

These drive-by shooting's have been occurring for the past TEN YEAR'S, hunters/so-called;"sports-men" have been shooting over our heads, shot our vehicle, firing assault weapons across our property, building Deer "stands" via trespassing upon our private, posted, property, dumping torsos of Deer, "hunting" Dogs being shot then dumped in our ditches, and the constant threat of being shot and or killed just by attempting to walk across our property!
There have been 66 police report's filed with the Sheriff's office, the State of Louisiana, the ATF, Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.! Despite all of the recordings of gun violence directed towards us, the drive-by shooting's from hunters' is still occurring!

Hunters have NO "ethics" in the State of Louisiana!poach, threaten, and slander neighboring communities!
Governor Foster promotes hunting through Duck hunting;promotes hunting
clubs; promotes hunting of all animals; which lowers the mentality of certain hunters to shoot at people, use private property, posted signs, vehicles, homes, public street signs, and/or any animal that crosses their path for target practice!

Hunters' shooting at people is an ongoing problem all across the southern region as well as other state's across the United States, hunters' have threatened, shot at, killed, and/or tortured families that want to live in peace and be left alone. However, these criminal acts will continue until hunting of wildlife is STOPPED!

We, the undersigned, are requesting the PERMANENT BANNING OF HUNTING IN THE STATE OF LOUISISANA AND ANY OTHER STATE IN THE UNITED STATES;WHERE HUNTERS' SHOOT AT PEOPLE, DRIVE-BY SHOOTING'S FROM HUNTERS', PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM HUNTER'S, SLANDER FROM HUNTER'S, AND/OR THREAT'S OF MURDER FROM HUNTER'S.
