Ban Shopping Channels and +1 services from Freeview

Freeview is saturated with shopping channels and +1 services. The original idea of freeview, when it rose from the ashes of ITV Diital, was to provide a wide variety of channels via a free to air digital service. The addition of more shopping channels and +1 services reduces the capacity for this to happen.
