Place: Bangalore

CUPA and other animal welfare firms have done some good work,no doubt..But all the public goodwill will be lost if you support stray dogs..BBMP and CUPA, the indirect partners in the 2 murders should be brought to book,in any case.

I am shocked at the way CUPA is fighting against killing stray dogs, inspite of the horrendous 2 mishaps where two kids have been killed!! It brought tears in my eyes to see the family members of Manjunath on TV today..Some 15 dogs pouncing on a small baby..Down right violent and unacceptable !!
I hold you people responsible for that bcos it were your organisation who in the name of animal rights brought a court petition and prevented killing of stray dogs 2-3 Years ago..You people dont have the sense..CUPA people should be tried under secn. 302 !
I heard your voices in the media..utter escapism blaming people on garbage dumping n mutton shops..What the hell..Do you mean that the persons who have been bitten by stray dogs threw stones at them / mocked at the dogs ??? They are just attacked without any provocations, most of the time..walk alone on the roads..to understand this !!
Most of this NGOs are filled by people who are stinky rich or no goals or no work or are just retired..and would do anything possible to get some publicity to satisfy their unsatiable egos..And laying your hands on easy money is another attraction to some of you unscruplous nuts. Mr.Ashok, the Health minister has already commented on a review of funds release to CUPA because of their failure and even exploring legal action against you. You may go to town proclaiming rabies death has not occured in the past 3 years..But you people how can you justify these 2 deaths and 6000 dog bites a month (Pharma companies should be so happy too selling rabies vaccines, which are not available at government health centres beacuse of increasing demand, these days)
I seriously doubt, whether sterilisation program is just a big lie..As such,in the last 3 years I find the dog population near my area just increasing,rather..I am sure, the minister has got some wind on the same and would be taking action on CUPA n BBMP n all for this..Be prepared you big-shots :-D

And to be frank,Sterilised dogs are more ferocious and that explains the increased attacks on people..Anyways,you see it your funding is in for some trouble..
Do you have any data /idea regarding number of automobile accidents happening due to stray dogs?...
Imagine 400 to 500 street dogs roaming and fighting in majestic, mg road, brigade road .... or wherever you go !
"Dogs are also called man's best friend No doubt "...I love dogs, actually speaking..But uncared non-domestic dogs have no space in a growing city..beset with other problems like infrastrucuture, water, electricity problem etc..not again !! No space to coexist with stray dogs atleast..Human lives are more important,to say point blank..
Be warned CUPA people - President Sreenivasan(U may have been a cop,but we dont care !!) ,Suparna Ganguly,Sanobher Bharucha and all you people part of CUPA BANGALORE, we will catch truck loads of stray dogs and fill your houses with them..If you still dont back away, one day one thing is sure you your own family members will become victims of THE MOB if not THE DOGS !! That will be gods will,if your maddening support persists..
It would be a matter of urgent relief if the govt. initiates steps to bring in an ORDINANCE to overtake the legal problem hampering them..Let them get the license to kill..Else people will not forgive the government in the next elections..they can forget other usual problems but no one will forget and forgive if a third murder takes place..50000 stray dogs in a city..just not acceptable ! For the time-being,Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and the Animals Birth Control rules HAVE NO PLACE for the HUMAN welfare of bangalore citizens..cruel animals can wait..Government will take stern action,I am sure about it. People want to see it !!
A compensation of ONE or THREE Lakh to family members can never compensate for the death of innocent children !
This is the raging public opinion and my feelings are with them.
CUPA, Is this your address..If you do not understand still,we are a bunch of people who can discuss n get set things right in your CORRUPTED FUND-SEEKING brains.. ??? Is it ?? Who resides there or who is in charge ???
