This petition is to turn into San Mateo County Ordinance: Any job advertisement that are Temporary, Seasonal, or Contract will have these words or abbreviations in the company description, and any advertisement that the job applicant cannot be informed in person.
This is to protect persons looking for pernament employment (including part-time, weekend, night hours); that were hired pernament but turned into temporary employees. Or individuals that need pernament employement due to leaving a former organization for what-ever reasons.
If the organization, has to lay-off employees due to financial, or legal reasons the employee needs to be notified and given prior at least three days to one week notice.
