We, the undersigned, recognize that the world has an over abundance of exceptional Human Resource Directors who work tirelessly to ensure their companys employees are treated fairly and work in an environment of respect and dignity.

We, the undersigned, recognize that the world doesnt need more exceptional Human Resource Directors that help shape and create favorable workplace conditions that display an employer in a commending light.

We, the undersigned, call out for more marginal Human Resource Directors who are willing to promote an atmosphere of distrust, resentment, and ill will towards those entities that provide employment and benefits.

We, the undersigned, seek more Human Resource Directors like Brian Burns.

Thus, the undersigned, respectfully request that the United Nations, the United States Congress, the State of Illinois, the Southern Illinois Economic Commission on Foreign Relations, the Clinton County Red Hat Society, and the Trenton, Illinois Chamber of Commerce to declare July 2nd, 2005, and on every sequential year thereafter, Brian Burns Day of Recognition.
