Bring Anna Stern Back To The OC!!!

We, the people who adore and religiously watch Fox's hit teen show "The OC" every Thursday, kindly ask the writers and casting directors of "The OC", as well as Samaire Armstrong's agent and manager to please bring back Samaire Armstrong's character Anna Stern to the show.

While the first season was amazing, now that the second season is more than half over some people are becoming tired of boring plotlines and even more boring characters. Now that "The OC" has gotten rid of the two most boring and disliked characters of the season (Rebecca and Lindsay) and the teasers suggest the ditching of the incredibly awkward lesbian plot that did not manage to do anything to the show (other than make it for once uncomfortable for men to watch two women kiss on account of Mischa Barton's obvious uncomfortability with it all), "The OC" needs to bring back the amazing character that is Anna Stern. Forget trying to make everyone's marriage become the big issue of the show, "The OC" needs to bring Anna back to keep the show fresh and bring a character back that so many people have been waiting for since "The Goodbye Girl" in Season 1.

We, the fans, ask from the people who run "The OC" that you please bring her back so the show can get a much needed boost of an actress that does some serious character work, and is cute, quirky, hilarious, but most importantly truly worth watching. Besides, once you bring her back you can generate some OC drama by having Seth fall in love with Anna again, and drama is what "The OC" thrives on, right?

For Samaire Armstrong's agent and manager, we hope that you will read this letter and realize that you should try and book her for more shows on "The OC", because her stint was just not long enough. Just because she was not in a starring role (the supposed reason that she left the show) does not mean that her part did not matter. Samaire Armstrong is what many fans call the ideal character, and truly wish that she would come back to the show to help bring it back to where it was.

We hope that this letter reaches all parties well and is recieved kindly. Everyone who signs this petition loves "The OC", but would like to have Samaire Armstrong make a complete surprise return to Orange County as Anna Stern.
