Bring Back James Norrington

Recently, the Pirates of the Caribbean 3 was released, bringing much excitement upon all POTC fans. Enthralled as we were by the movie, we would like to take this opportunity to express our immense disappointment at the death of the character James Norrington.
After the big part Norrington played in Dead Mans Chest, his death in At Worlds End was abrupt and widely thought to be unnecessary, for we all feel that there is much potential for further character development in Norrington. While he was not as important as characters like Jack Sparrow or Will Turner, he had always been essential in the story. A character in perpetual conflict between his job and honour, and his humanity and love for Elizabeth, Norrington has always been a colourful character, and if there was ever a fourth film to the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, he is certainly destined to play a role.
The death of James Norrington had its beautiful moment and displayed Norringtons gallantry, but in the midst of the sadness we feel for our beloved Admiral, we must also express our disappointment in the way you let him go. The whole incident of his death appeared stretched, considering that Norrington was without doubt a better swordsman than Bootstrap Bill Turner, and even had the advantage of wielding a gun, and no actual threat was made to Elizabeths safety. His sacrifice, even though moving, is widely conceived to be rather unnecessary, and has dwelt a tremendous blow to all Norrington fans. We all believe the story of a character as great as Norrington should not just end here!
Hector Barbossa was shot and brought back; Jack Sparrow got swallowed by the Kraken and rescued; must Norrington be the first major character who dies? Surely he doesnt deserve such a fate, and only you have the power to bring him back.
If there is a fourth Pirates of the Caribbean film, which we are all earnestly looking forward to, James Norrington must return!
