Dear HFS, the rock fanatics of the Annapolis area have been greatly honored to listen to your music once again. However, HFS is not the same without the legendary HSFtival. If HFS is coming back, all of HFS should come back, including the HFStival. There are many people in the Annapolis, Baltimore, D.C. are that would support the festival.
