Bring Healthy Food to the Calumet Region of Chicago

A food desert is an area of the city with little access to fresh produce and healthy food. A lack of fresh and nutritious food can lead to obesity, diet-related diseases such diabetes, and even premature death. We, the undersigned, want grocers to place stores in food desert areas which will result in more healthy food options in the communities of the far South side of Chicago.
