Bring NHL to Saskatoon and Winnipeg

With the new Collective Bargaining agreement recently signed with a 39 million salary cap my idea is to have Saskatoon and Winnipeg get a NHL franchise, get rid of Nashville, a Florida team probably the Panthers, and/or Carolina. Bring Nashville to Saskatoon and the Panthers to Winnipeg or visa versa. Saskatchewan has never had a NHL franchise and they could be called Saskatchewan just like the Roughriders of the CFL and be placed in Saskatoon, and Winnipeg should get one back now with the new CBA.
