Buffalo's Avenue of America

Please help our coalition of Buffalo boasters to put forth a Buffalo, NY promotion traffic route to help our area. Our plan is called Buffalos Avenue of America. Once we have gathered enough signatures, we will approach our city government to change the name of Busti Avenue (from Porter Avenue to Maryland Street) to the new name of Avenue of America. From this point, there will be various signs leading visitors to the Latino Commercial District, Elmwood Village, Chippewa Entertainment District, Black Heritage and Downtown tourist attractions. This new route will be supported by many follow-up signs posted throughout metro Buffalo along with various media forms of advertisements. The main purpose of Buffalos Avenue of America is to show the estimated 13 million Niagara Falls, Canada tourists that Buffalo has a lot to see and do and is worth a visit. This is our chance to promote the many great restaurants, entertainment, arts, and tourist attractions that Buffalo has to offer.
