As part of an ongoing regeneration scheme, Blackpool Council propose to remove two of the most popular roads in the resort, Palatine Road and Reads Avenue, from the Cental Blackpool Holiday Area. We need to persuade the council that it would be foolish to go ahead with their plans to turn these roads into a blend of Hotels/Guests Houses and residential accommmodation. The proposals contained within The Councils`s strategy document present a great danger of producing a growth in poor quality houses of multiple occupation. We need to make our voices heard before it is too late Please support the Campaign Against the Removal of these good quality Hotels/Guest Houses from the Central Holiday Area.
