Today it has been announced that the next series (4) of Dr. Who is going to include Catherine Tate as the Doctors new companion. Don't get me wrong I like Catherine Tate doing what she does in her TV sketch show and even that Drama she was in last year. But her caracter 'Donna' in the Christmas Episode last year was like watching an hour of 'Lauren' her "am I bovered' personna. The entirity of the episode was spent with her screaching at the Doctor, so much so that by the end of the episode my ears were ringing!! I undertsand that last years Christmas episode was a ratings success, but lets face it, christmas day no one moves from the TV after a large xmas lunch!!
I believe this will kill the series and the good Doctor will end up leaving our screens prematurely.
Bring back Martha (or Billie)..........please.
