Change child support

This petition is for people who feel that child support should be changed. It is for all those people paying outrageous amounts of child support who feel that the courts have treated them unfairly, or people that agree with this. In my opinion, child support payments are out there in left field. Even with out a child a person would still be paying rent, utilities and all those wonderful expenses that all grown ups pay. I say lets make child support come out before taxes and make the recipient pay taxes on all that free money at the end of the year. Bet you they won't want it then. Secondly, make all parents trade years for that tax credit. Thirdly, if the parent keeps going back for more support then the courts should give the child to the other parent, since they can not do it on their own with out a free hand out. Lastly, make the person who is receiving child support accountable for where the money is going. This petition is not to stop child support but to make it more reasonable for all those struggling to make the payments and to live a life.
