CHANGE the one way system at the churchill hospital

Petition to change the traffic management system (the one way roads) at the Churchill Hospital Site to Two way roads.

Those of us who still have the enviable ability to still park at the Churchill hospital (for now at least) all know there is a series flaw in the one way system implemented on site. The traffic management system for the Churchill hospital results in long queues to get off site. Particularly important for those picking up children and who have after work commitments.

The frustration at this system has led to people going the wrong way down roads that are not designed for two way traffic. I won't even mention the cyclists who have been completely overlooked in the planning of the road system. Oh wait i just did :P


Summary:
This petition is to get the roads widened and turned into TWO way roads so that we can resolve all these issues.
