Citizens Resolution 101

Whereas: The Federal Governments only source of revenue is tax revenue generated from its citizens

Whereas: Congress is entrusted the fiduciary responsibility to wisely spend said revenue for the defense of its citizens and the lawful operational expenses of said Government.

Whereas: The recently passed Stimulus bill, Tarp funds bill and 2008-2009 spending bill clearly demonstrate Congresss failure to perform its fiduciary duty in a responsible manner; be it


Resolved that

1- Congress limit future spending to the minimum required amount to meet the current expenses of the Federal government.

2- Congress refrain from funding any new department , agency, or program that represents an increase in the size, scope or funding of the Federal government.

3- Congress refrain from further transfer of tax revenue to private, governmental or quasi-governmental entities for the purpose of bailouts, rescues or any other purpose not related to the day to day operations of the Federal government
